Responsibilities

- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 technological inflection points
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate future-ready frameworks into corporate strategy
- Curate and lead cross-disciplinary 'future labs' with industry disruptors and academic pioneers
- Author visionary whitepapers on societal impacts of next-gen technological convergence
- Drive R&D investment decisions for moonshot projects with 5-7 year horizons
- Establish KPIs for measuring innovation velocity and future-readiness across organizational units
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully forecasting technological disruptions (2018-2023 validation required)
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains: AI ethics, biotech regulation, or quantum applications
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., WFS, APF) or equivalent foresight methodology
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders on long-term strategic implications
- Portfolio of published trend analysis or innovation frameworks with measurable impact
- Exceptional ability to synthesize complex data into compelling strategic narratives
