Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026+ innovation roadmaps for emerging tech domains (quantum, biotech, AGI)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends and competitive threats
- Design ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment across industries
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and government stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and build external thought leadership networks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling tech ventures from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published research or patents in innovation methodologies or future technologies
- Experience influencing global tech policy standards (e.g., IEEE, WEF)
