Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent experience with 8+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, advanced AI)
- Exceptional strategic planning skills with portfolio of executed 5-year+ innovation roadmaps
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks and regulatory landscapes
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Technique)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in matrixed organizations
- Presentation skills at TED-level with 50+ keynote appearances at industry conferences
