Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, biotech, climate tech) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable strategies
- Present trend reports to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and startups
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting tech evolution
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into market-ready innovations
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., CFTE, WFS)
- Portfolio demonstrating trend analysis and scenario planning projects
- Experience with Horizon Scanning and Delphi methodologies
