Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting

- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and market disruptions
- Partner with R&D to translate foresight into actionable R&D priorities
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish innovation governance frameworks for ethical technology deployment
- Mentor junior futurists and build an innovation pipeline
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, technology forecasting, or futures research
- Master's degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial products
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or future studies
- Strong analytical skills with quantitative and qualitative research methods
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
