Responsibilities
- Forecast global tech and societal trends shaping 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic roadmaps for AI, biotech, and sustainable innovation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align teams on future opportunities
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype next-generation solutions
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and conferences
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Foresight, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-shaping initiatives
- Experience in high-growth tech or Fortune 500 environments
