Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging tech/social/economic trends with 3-5 year impact horizons
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable initiatives
- Design and pilot minimum-viable prototypes for future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry disruptors
- Mentor junior innovation specialists in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Expertise in AI, biotech, or sustainable tech domains
- Strong data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation
- Exceptional presentation skills for executive audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ implemented future-focused initiatives
