Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and market shifts to predict industry transformations by 2026
- Develop innovation frameworks for AI/ML adoption and quantum computing integration
- Lead strategic workshops with Fortune 500 clients on future-proofing their organizations
- Author thought leadership publications on ethical AI and sustainable tech futures
- Manage R&D pipeline for emerging technologies with $5M+ annual budget
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Design human-centric technology adoption strategies for enterprise clients
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation consulting or corporate R&D leadership
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or relevant field
- Expertise in scenario planning and predictive modeling for complex systems
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products/services
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Strong data visualization and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism/innovation (Harvard Business Review, etc.)
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
