Responsibilities
- Forecast tech, societal, and market shifts through horizon scanning and predictive modeling
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks aligned with 2026-2030 business objectives
- Lead cross-disciplinary workshops to ideate breakthrough solutions
- Present future scenarios to stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen products and services
- Author thought leadership publications on disruptive trends
- Build an internal innovation ecosystem and mentor future-forward talent
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or tech innovation leadership
- Proven track record of launching market-disruptive initiatives
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology roadmapping
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
