Responsibilities
- Develop 3-5 year innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead scenario planning workshops for emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate future-proof strategies into roadmaps
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Manage relationships with academic and industry research partners
- Produce thought leadership content on future technology impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Technology Innovation, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy or technology consulting
- Proven track record in scenario planning and trend analysis
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (AI, IoT, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills for executive presentations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects
