Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies, socio-cultural shifts, and market disruptions to identify future opportunities
- Develop and maintain Horizon Dynamics' proprietary foresight methodology and scenario planning tools
- Lead strategic workshops with C-suite executives to translate foresight into innovation roadmaps
- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for global clients
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Quantify future market potential and ROI for emerging opportunities
- Integrate foresight into product development, marketing, and corporate strategy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into business impact
- Deep expertise in AI, biotech, climate tech, or quantum computing trends
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (portfolio required)
