Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and societal trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation roadmaps integrating AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state opportunities
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and scenario-planning frameworks
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness metrics and innovation portfolio tracking
- Partner with product teams to embed future-proofing principles into development lifecycles
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or emerging technology consulting
- Proven track record in translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional scenario-planning and systems-thinking capabilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation (TED talks, journals, books)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Experience leading global cross-functional innovation initiatives
