Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socioeconomic shifts to forecast 2026+ market landscapes
- Develop and lead strategic foresight initiatives, including scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate future-focused innovations into product roadmaps
- Present compelling vision narratives to stakeholders through executive briefings and industry forums
- Establish cross-functional innovation ecosystems to accelerate future-readiness
- Quantify future opportunities through market modeling and risk assessment frameworks
- Champion design thinking methodologies to embed human-centric futures into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through transformational change
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFIP) strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or published foresight work
