Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 3+ year market impact cycles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology impact assessment methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, AGI, and climate tech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities with executive-level presentation experience
