- Design and facilitate cross-functional innovation workshops for C-level stakeholders
- Create scenario-based strategic plans for disruptive market conditions
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology adoption
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused execution
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and domain experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech trend analysis
- Experience with scenario planning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEPLE)
- Exceptional data visualization and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in technology or business futurism
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
