Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, identifying emerging technologies and market shifts
- Lead cross-functional teams in designing breakthrough products and services
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry pioneers
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to cultivate internal ideation culture
- Monitor competitive landscapes and disruptor threats across global markets
- Quantify ROI of innovation initiatives and justify resource allocation
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futurism, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD/MSc preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or innovation leadership roles
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, IoT, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management (e.g., CFIP)
- Published thought leadership in technology or innovation journals
- Experience scaling innovation frameworks across global organizations
