Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market forecasts
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and disruptive trends
- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Analyze global socioeconomic shifts and their impact on industry landscapes
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-focused solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external partners
- Build and manage a network of futurists, technologists, and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting technology trends (AI, quantum, biotech)
- Expertise in scenario planning and futures research methodologies
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in forecasting tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation domains
- Experience with exponential technologies and their societal implications
