Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts through 2030
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for C-suite stakeholders across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies into core business operations
- Curate and host quarterly Future Forums with industry pioneers and academic thought leaders
- Translate complex future scenarios into actionable investment priorities and R&D pipelines
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures thinking methodologies and trend analysis
- Publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed futures journals and industry whitepapers
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology roadmapping
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and exponential technology assessment
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published futures research or implemented innovation strategies
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFS, CFIP) or equivalent practical experience
