Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into R&D priorities
- Author quarterly '2026 Horizon Reports' for Fortune 500 clients
- Build proprietary AI-powered trend-forecasting models
- Represent the company at global innovation forums (Web Summit, CES)
- Mentor emerging futurists through our FutureLeaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in corporate strategy or innovation consulting
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies (blockchain, quantum, AGI)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
- Portfolio demonstrating impact on product roadmaps or policy decisions
- Fluency in strategic foresight tools (Foresight Platform, Kumu)
