Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap through horizon scanning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping breakthrough solutions for emerging technologies
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and academic centers
- Create innovation frameworks to accelerate R&D cycles and market readiness
- Mentor junior strategists and cultivate a culture of future-oriented thinking
- Author thought leadership publications on technology evolution and societal impact
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, neurotech
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex technical concepts
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic roadmapping methodologies
- Published author or keynote speaker in innovation/futures forums
- Certification in Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
