Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technological, social, and economic trends to develop 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Design and lead cross-functional innovation workshops with Fortune 500 partners
- Develop proprietary foresight frameworks using AI-powered trend analysis
- Present future scenarios to executive boards and C-suite leadership
- Lead prototyping of next-gen solutions in our innovation lab
- Publish industry-leading whitepapers on future-of-work transformations
- Mentor junior futurists in our talent development program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of developing commercialized future-forward solutions
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or equivalent professional designation preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audiences
- Portfolio showcasing 3+ implemented innovation strategies
