Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026 market disruptions across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Analyze emerging technologies (AGI, synthetic biology, neuromorphic computing) to identify billion-dollar opportunities
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' with R&D, product, and venture teams to prototype breakthrough concepts
- Present strategic foresight reports to the Board and C-Suite with actionable implementation frameworks
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, VCs, and academic thought leaders
- Drive cultural transformation by embedding future-thinking methodologies across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or equivalent with 8+ years in tech innovation
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in technology convergence patterns and exponential growth modeling
- Exceptional storytelling skills with ability to translate complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience leading $10M+ innovation initiatives with measurable ROI
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy (Harvard Business Review/MIT Press preferred)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., Shaping Tomorrow, Futurespectives)
