Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech domains
- Develop 3-5 year strategic foresight frameworks for executive decision-making
- Facilitate cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and marketing teams
- Produce scenario-based impact assessments on global megatrends and disruptors
- Build and maintain an expert network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Translate complex foresight insights into executable product roadmaps and business strategies
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to investors and board members
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies and future scenario planning
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented strategic initiatives
- Certification in Futures methodologies (e.g., CFS, Foresight Practitioner)
- Deep understanding of geopolitical and socio-technological drivers of change
