Responsibilities
- Research and analyze global technology trends, regulatory shifts, and socio-cultural drivers to forecast 2026-2030 market landscapes
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks integrating quantum AI, neurotech, and climate engineering
- Lead 'Future Labs' workshops with C-suite, engineering, and design teams to prototype breakthrough concepts
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and incubate exponential technologies
- Author white papers and thought leadership on ethical AI governance and human-machine symbiosis
- Build a global network of futurists, scientists, and policy influencers
- Translate complex scenarios into actionable product roadmaps
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 7+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futures consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (AI, biotech, quantum)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and executive audiences
- Portfolio of published foresight work or patented innovations
- Experience with exponential technology ecosystems (Singularity University, XPRIZE, etc.)
