Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the 2026 innovation strategy roadmap using scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, biotech, and quantum computing
- Establish KPIs for innovation initiatives and track progress against 5-year horizons
- Partner with R&D to translate futurist insights into product development roadmaps
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Build and manage an external network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Produce quarterly innovation trend reports with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in corporate innovation strategy or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of developing and implementing long-term innovation frameworks
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, synthetic biology, Web3.0
- Exceptional presentation skills with experience speaking at global tech conferences
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodology expertise
- Portfolio demonstrating successful futurist projects with measurable impact
- Experience mentoring high-performing innovation teams
