- Translate emerging technologies into market-ready product concepts
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with academic and industry thought leaders
- Present future insights to executive leadership and board members

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
- Experience presenting complex future concepts to C-level executives
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Strong network with global innovation ecosystems
