- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning frameworks for executive decision-making
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Mentor innovation teams in human-centered design methodologies
- Measure and communicate ROI of innovation initiatives to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight
- Proven track record of scaling transformative initiatives
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Deep knowledge of emerging tech landscapes (blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
