Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify emerging technologies and societal shifts relevant to 2026
- Develop strategic frameworks for innovation pipeline management and portfolio prioritization
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable business opportunities
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent company at industry conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodologies and critical thinking
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- 5+ years in strategy consulting, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Proven ability to translate complex insights into executive-ready recommendations
- Strong presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC) preferred
