Responsibilities
- Analyze global technology trends, socioeconomic shifts, and emerging paradigms to identify disruptive opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and implement strategic foresight frameworks including scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend impact analysis
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future innovation priorities and roadmaps
- Produce visionary thought leadership through whitepapers, executive briefings, and industry presentations
- Partner with R&D teams to translate future insights into tangible product development and investment strategies
- Monitor geopolitical, environmental, and regulatory factors influencing long-term innovation trajectories
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, Technology Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years of experience in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or technology trend analysis
- Proven track record of developing and executing future-focused strategies for Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex, interdisciplinary data
- Published thought leader in futurism or innovation with strong industry network
