- Facilitate executive workshops translating foresight into strategic priorities
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing solutions
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution and future-proofing strategies
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, R&D, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or quantum computing trend assessment
- Exceptional storytelling skills translating complex insights into executive narratives
- Portfolio demonstrating published future-shaping initiatives
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., APF, CFS) preferred
