As a key member of our Innovation Council, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, R&D teams, and global thought leaders to identify paradigm shifts in AI, biotechnology, and sustainable systems. You'll translate complex signals into actionable strategies that position us as industry pioneers.
Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data to identify disruptive technologies and market opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for 2026+ product roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on innovation priorities
- Author forward-looking thought leadership and trend reports
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-state solutions
- Advise executive leadership on emerging risks and opportunities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists and industry experts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurology, Strategic Foresight, or related field
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial impact
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP preferred)
