Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology foresight strategy across quantum, AI, and biotech domains
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in human-machine symbiosis
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning documents for C-suite stakeholders
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype futuristic concepts with commercial viability
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and futurist conferences
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal foresight capability
- Monitor geopolitical and socioeconomic shifts affecting technological adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic innovation, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, neurotech, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario modeling capabilities
- Experience with horizon scanning and Delphi methodology
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Portfolio of 3+ implemented futuristic innovations
