Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, neuro interfaces, climate tech) and translate insights into actionable business strategies
- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps for enterprise clients in finance, healthcare, and manufacturing sectors
- Lead cross-functional workshops using scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Produce high-impact trend reports and predictive models for executive decision-making
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions (AR/VR, autonomous systems)
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on AI ethics, climate resilience, or digital transformation
- Proficiency in trend analysis tools (Gartner, Forrester, custom ML models)
- Experience designing innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 organizations
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (CFP) or Innovation Management preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successful future-strategy implementations
