- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and global R&D labs
- Present executive briefings on emerging technological disruptions and their market implications
- Architect Horizon Labs' innovation pipeline with 3-5 year strategic roadmaps
- Mentor internal teams in futures thinking methodologies and innovation management
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience in strategic foresight, corporate innovation, or tech consulting
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial opportunities
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, quantum, neurotech) and market dynamics
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (whitepapers, journals, conferences)
- Certification in futures methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
