- Author thought leadership reports on industry disruption vectors
- Establish ecosystem partnerships with academic and innovation hubs
- Mentor internal futurist talent and build foresight capabilities
- Present strategic recommendations to the Board of Directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-oriented business strategies
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or relevant technical field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, ACFC)
