- Design scalable innovation ecosystems for enterprise clients
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Mentor junior futurists and cultivate an innovation culture
- Collaborate with R&D on quantum computing and biotech integration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or tech foresight
- Proven track record in launching 2020+ technology initiatives
- Expertise in emerging tech (AI, quantum, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Methodology
- Experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to translate foresight into actionable business strategies
- Strong presentation skills for executive audiences
