As a key member of our Global Innovation Lab, you'll collaborate with C-suite executives, research institutions, and government agencies to identify paradigm shifts. You'll drive thought leadership through predictive modeling, scenario planning, and ecosystem design while mentoring a cross-functional team of futurists and engineers.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps targeting 2026+ technological inflection points
- Conduct horizon-scanning research across AI, quantum computing, climate tech, and neuro interfaces
- Design strategic scenarios for enterprise clients navigating disruptive futures
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on emerging technology adoption
- Author influential whitepapers and keynote presentations at global innovation forums
- Manage partnerships with MIT Media Lab, Singularity University, and future-focused accelerators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into commercial applications
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., synthetic biology, AGI ethics)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global innovation ecosystems
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Exceptional storytelling skills for communicating complex futures to diverse audiences
