Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy or product development with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Innovation
- Proven track record scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in AI, machine learning, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Certified Innovation Professional (CIP) or equivalent preferred
- Exceptional leadership with experience managing 15+ person teams
