Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and societal trends through 2026
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite decision-making
- Facilitate innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future-ready solutions
- Produce thought leadership reports and executive briefings on emerging megatrends
- Design and implement rapid prototyping initiatives for future business models
- Partner with R&D teams to integrate foresight into product roadmaps
- Represent the organization at global futurism conferences and thought leadership forums
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurism research
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, biotechnology, and climate tech trends
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial opportunities
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience facilitating C-level workshops with Fortune 500 companies
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from ACIF or Foresight Professionals)
