Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic roadmaps for 3-5 year innovation horizons with measurable KPIs
- Lead cross-functional sprints to prototype and validate disruptive solutions in our innovation labs
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global R consortia to accelerate breakthrough R&D
- Present future-vision frameworks to executive leadership and investor boards for $500M+ allocation decisions
- Champion ethical innovation frameworks ensuring responsible development of transformative technologies
- Mentor junior futurists and innovation specialists in advanced trend analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or emerging technology strategy leadership
- Proven track record of successfully commercializing futuristic technologies (quantum, AI, biotech)
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend impact assessment methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, Innovation Management, or equivalent
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal/economic implications
- Exceptional communication skills translating complex futures into actionable business strategies
- Experience securing $100M+ innovation budgets and leading global R&D initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., from Association of Professional Futurists)
