Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis across AI, biotech, quantum computing, and climate tech to identify 2026+ opportunities
- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making and resource allocation
- Architect innovation roadmaps integrating exponential technologies with sustainable development goals
- Host executive futures workshops with C-suite leadership and Fortune 500 partners
- Author thought leadership publications and keynote presentations at Davos/WEF summits
- Manage a $50M innovation portfolio with venture-style risk/reward analysis
- Build and lead a global futurist network across 15 R&D hubs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite strategy roles
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent transdisciplinary expertise
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (minimum 3 unicorn exits)
- Deep expertise in scenario planning, system dynamics modeling, and exponential technology forecasting
- Exceptional storytelling skills with 100+ executive presentations delivered globally
- Published author in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier publications
- Fluency in 3+ languages with cross-cultural stakeholder management experience
