Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 innovation roadmaps using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotechnology
- Produce strategic foresight reports for Fortune 500 clients on emerging market paradigms
- Design and pilot future-state prototypes in our innovation lab using AR/VR and generative AI
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation adoption and ROI for future-ready initiatives
- Represent the company at global futurism conferences and thought leadership summits
- Mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years experience in strategic foresight or corporate innovation at Fortune 500 level
- Proven expertise in trend analysis frameworks (e.g., STEEP, Delphi method, weak signal detection)
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex futures to executive audiences
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFPC, APF) or equivalent
- Portfolio demonstrating future-shaping projects with measurable impact
