- Build and maintain an ecosystem of external innovators, researchers, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future projections into actionable business strategies and investment priorities
- Author thought leadership publications and whitepapers on emerging trends and their implications
- Champion a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping for future-facing solutions
Qualifications
- 5+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology foresight with proven impact on organizational planning
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional storytelling and communication skills with ability to articulate complex futures to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, Business, or related technical field
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks influencing real-world decisions
- Deep understanding of geopolitical, economic, and technological megatrends shaping 2026
- Experience with cross-functional leadership and influencing executive-level stakeholders
