- Translate foresight insights into actionable product development frameworks
- Build and manage an innovation ecosystem of startups, academia, and industry partners
- Author thought leadership publications on future technology scenarios
- Drive adoption of ethical innovation frameworks across R&D divisions
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Expertise in scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Deep understanding of quantum computing, AGI, and climate tech landscapes
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex futures to stakeholders
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or relevant field
- Published author or speaker at global innovation conferences (e.g., Singularity University, Davos)
- Experience scaling innovation teams in high-growth tech environments
