- Present visionary insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Mentor innovation teams in future-proof methodologies and speculative design
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, technology foresight, or futurist research
- Proven track record of delivering breakthrough products/services (3+ major launches)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology, or MBA from top-tier institution
- Published thought leadership in innovation or futurism (required)
- Proficiency in foresight methodologies (horizon scanning, Delphi, STEEP analysis)
