Responsibilities
- Analyze global trends, technological advancements, and market shifts to identify opportunities and threats for the organization.
- Develop and communicate strategic foresight reports and innovation roadmaps to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative projects that align with the company's long-term vision.
- Establish and maintain a network of experts, thought leaders, and partners to stay at the cutting edge of knowledge.
- Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to the board of directors and executive team.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Technology, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, innovation management, or a similar role, preferably in a technology-driven industry.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to diverse audiences.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.) and their potential impact on industries.
- Experience with foresight methodologies such as scenario planning, trend analysis, and horizon scanning.
