- Lead cross-functional 'Future Labs' to prototype breakthrough solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
- Quantify ROI for futuristic initiatives through predictive modeling
- Author thought leadership content positioning Horizon Dynamics as a 2026 industry pioneer
- Mentor internal 'Futures Council' to embed foresight into organizational DNA
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of launching products/services based on 3-5 year trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent domain expertise
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their convergence potential
- Exceptional storytelling skills for translating complex futures into compelling narratives
- Experience advising Fortune 500 boards on long-term strategy
- Published author or keynote speaker on future-focused topics
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and trend analysis methodologies
