Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026+ markets
- Develop and operationalize strategic innovation frameworks across product development and business units
- Champion human-centered design principles to ensure future solutions address evolving user needs
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future scenarios and strategic priorities
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry thought leaders
- Translate foresight insights into actionable roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or technology foresight roles
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into commercial success
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities with data-driven decision making
- Exceptional communication skills with experience influencing executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or implemented innovation initiatives
- Experience scaling innovation processes in enterprise environments
