Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with organizational vision
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and scaling breakthrough solutions
- Present future scenarios and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Build and maintain global networks with industry pioneers, researchers, and startups
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation practices across all departments
- Monitor competitive landscapes and geopolitical shifts to anticipate future market dynamics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in strategic planning, R&D leadership, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Exceptional systems thinking with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (e.g., AI ethics, space tech, neurotech)
- Experience presenting to executive boards and influencing high-stakes decisions
