Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends, technological disruptions, and socio-economic shifts to forecast 2026+ business landscapes
- Develop and present strategic frameworks for future-proofing organizational operations and market positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for emerging challenges and opportunities
- Establish and maintain an ongoing foresight intelligence system with quarterly horizon scanning reports
- Design and facilitate strategic workshops for executive teams on scenario planning and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with R&D to translate future insights into product roadmaps and technology investments
- Represent the company at global innovation forums and thought leadership platforms
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, Business Analytics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist roles
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-oriented strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex future scenarios to diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies strongly preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or strategic frameworks
